We are seeking an experienced Principal IT Business Systems Analyst to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence within our Supply Chain and Warehouse Management functions. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of IT systems-ensuring solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead the design and execution of high-impact IT systems projects aligned with business strategy.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Mentor and guide a team of business analysts, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Research and recommend emerging technologies and best practices to enhance system design and performance.

Ensure all IT systems meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Influence major systems design decisions impacting long-term organizational efficiency.

Define technical direction for IT systems and projects, including architecture, technology adoption, and system optimization.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of related experience
(High School +13 yrs; Associate +9 yrs; Master's +2 yrs; PhD +0 yrs) -
Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics, or supply chain applications in international or consultancy environments.

Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Manhattan Active WMS modules (inbound/outbound, inventory management, order fulfillment, ERP integrations).

Ability to configure and optimize Manhattan Active WMS for process automation, workflow setup, and system-directed operations.

Experience integrating WMS with SAP ECC, 3PL systems, and other enterprise applications using APIs and extension packs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system troubleshooting, process optimization, and data integrity management.

Proven ability to train and support end-users and document best practices.

Experience with cloud-native architecture, continuous updates, and AI-driven automation within warehouse systems.

Demonstrated success in leading or supporting WMS deployment projects, collaborating across IT, logistics, and operations teams.

Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with warehouse automation technologies (Knapp, AutoStore, Geek+) is preferred.

Strong understanding of CSV, GxP, SOX, and supply chain application compliance requirements.
