Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience driving large scale initiatives within IAM.
• Experiencing being the line of defense partners, risk partners.
• Experience interfacing with product, governance, operations.
• Strong communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and support cross product Identity and Access initiatives across the enterprise.
• Engage closely with IAM technology and product to ensure appropriate prioritization of requirements.
• Consult with technology and business users to identify impactful enhancements to adopt into strategic state IAM solutions.
• Leverage agile concepts to ensure timely delivery of efforts.
• Utilize data analysis to drive control adherence goals across the enterprise.
• Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions.
• Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions.
• Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings.
• Manage the most complex and critical information efforts.
• Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security.
• Serve as information security lead and advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.
