Your Mission

Own and lead critical infrastructure projects from initial ideation to successful production deployment. Bridge the technical and strategic to deliver real impact across the business.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure initiatives, including architecture, engineering, deployment, and user onboarding.
• Define and scope projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning outcomes with enterprise priorities.
• Guide and document the Elaboration Phase to translate business needs into detailed technical deliverables.
• Use comparison tools and evaluation frameworks to assess technologies, platforms, and partners for optimal decisions.
• Collaborate deeply with Network Engineers, Security Architects, and Solutions Architects to ensure high performance, compliance, and security.
• Drive and oversee UAT testing, stakeholder engagement, feedback cycles, and final approval for go-live readiness.
• Orchestrate a seamless rollout and support model for production environments.
• Champion cloud-first, secure-by-design principles in every phase of delivery.

What You Bring

• Strong experience as an IT Delivery Lead, Infrastructure Project Manager, or similar role within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Netskope deployment strategies.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, and virtual desktop environments.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles from inception and elaboration through testing and production rollout.
• Expertise in collaborating across network, security, and architecture domains.
• A detail-oriented, strategic mindset with a passion for building resilient, scalable systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
