Job Title: Localization Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Localization Project Manager to oversee and execute software and documentation localization projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end localization workflows, including project setup, vendor coordination, QA/review processes, and final delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, legal) to align project goals and timelines.
Prepare and support vendors with onboarding, training, and context to ensure quality outputs.
Identify and resolve project roadblocks internally or with external partners.
Monitor quality, cost, and delivery timelines to meet internal standards and expectations.
Track project budgets, metrics, and documentation to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in localization, including both software and documentation.
Proven experience managing localization vendors and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management and prioritization skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation workflows is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with localization tools and CMS platforms.
Understanding of internationalization best practices.
Background in tech, SaaS, or global product teams.
