RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Life Insurance Products to join a dynamic and growing product team responsible for developing and managing annuity and life insurance products. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping and delivering new offerings and enhancing existing products in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. This position requires strong domain expertise in annuities and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive development and launch of annuity and life insurance products
* Create detailed product specifications and ensure alignment across teams
* Serve as a subject matter expert across insurance-related projects
* Provide competitive intelligence and insight into customer and market trends
* Partner across teams to support insurance initiatives and strategic planning
* Develop product positioning, tools, training, and marketing materials with distribution partners
* Deliver advisor trainings and support go-to-market execution
* Contribute to the product roadmap with insights into customer needs and market trends
* Review and update product documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of related product management experience for life insurance products
* Demonstrated experience launching life insurance products
* Strong knowledge of annuities
* Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
* Strong project leadership skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
