Job Title: CRM Analytics Architect
Location: Remote
Rate: $70 (Based on Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM Analytics Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade CRM analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in CRM systems, analytics platforms, cloud-based data integration, and reporting strategies to drive actionable insights across business units.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and design of CRM analytics solutions across the enterprise.
  • Develop end-to-end data pipelines for CRM data integration into analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Design and optimize dashboards, KPIs, and advanced reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure CRM analytics align with data governance, compliance, and security standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, and BI teams) to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive best practices for CRM data modeling, integration, and reporting architecture.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in CRM Analytics/Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) or equivalent CRM analytics platforms.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and API-based data integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) for CRM analytics solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise CRM transformations.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based analytics in CRM environments.
  • Prior experience working in the Technology or Retail domain.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
