Job Title: Oracle CC&B Developer
Location: Remote (30% Travel to East Coast Client Sites)
Prefer local candidates from NJ/NY/CT and PA

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle CC&B Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) applications. The ideal candidate must possess strong hands-on experience with CC&B customizations, integrations, and Java development. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel (up to 30%) to client locations on the East Coast for project collaboration and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain CC&B customizations, including:

  1. Batch processes, Algorithms, Change Handlers, UI Maps, Scripts, Business Objects, and Business Services
  2. Inbound and outbound Web Services using SOAP and REST APIs
  • Work on integration and data transformation using XML/JSON and Web Services
  • Support and enhance modules across CC&B and related Oracle Utilities solutions (C2M, CCS)
  • Develop custom components using Java, PL/SQL, and Hibernate framework
  • Configure and troubleshoot WebLogic Server and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with QA, functional consultants, and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Maintain code in GitLab and follow CI/CD and DevOps best practices
  • Monitor and schedule jobs using enterprise schedulers like Cisco TIDAL or equivalent
  • Perform detailed debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B development
  • Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) customizations
  • Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and PL/SQL
  • Experience with WebLogic Server, Hibernate, and scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, and Ant
  • Solid understanding of SOAP/RESTful APIs, XML/JSON
  • Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps pipelines
  • Experience with GitLab, CI/CD, and Enterprise Schedulers like Cisco TIDAL
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
