Overview:

The Windows 11 Program Manager will evangelize and coordinate sales plays, training, and customer communications to accelerate the refresh.

Duties:

  • Align and Scale Win11 Programs
    • Act as lead coordinator between sales and SSG to drive customer program engagement to completion (POC or other)
    • Coordinate across Microsoft funding programs to maximize utilization and success (ECIF, POC)
    • Assist in Win11 CATT tool account submissions and score understanding and use for sellers
  • Windows Enablement Lead
    • Collects and provides regular updates across sales and services on Microsoft product releases or changes (Windows/AI)
    • Increase Win11 seller expertise through readiness and education sessions, floor days, or virtual
    • Coordinate with Sales Enablement organization on a Microsoft readiness program to scale across the company
    • Key focus on AI, Security, Endpoint Management, App Compat/Cert
  • Customer Engagement
    • Assist sellers in commercial account engagement to provide Win11 migration & technical expertise
    • Uncover customer blockers and challenges to seek company & Microsoft help, programs or investments to accelerate device refresh
    • Engage and participate as Win11 expert in customer events and EBC at scale
  • Increase Impact Visibility
    • Provide regular reporting cadence showcasing pipeline, wins and challenges to unblock
    • Provide Win11 program impact visibility through pipeline and win wires

Skills:

  • Deep technical Win11 sales, management, and deployment expertise
  • Program management experience across sales and services organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation experience (1:1 & 1:many)
  • Preferred sales or customer facing background

Education & Experience:

  • BS or BA degree
  • 5-7+ years program management experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
