Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support Cisco SD-WAN (IOS XE-based) and Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solutions across enterprise networks.
- Configure and manage WAN/LAN, VPNs, and internet edge connectivity across multiple sites.
- Implement and maintain FortiGate firewalls, security policies, and WAN optimization features.
- Perform routing design and configuration using BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routes.
- Optimize WAN traffic for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze network health, availability, and performance using enterprise tools.
- Troubleshoot escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for circuit provisioning and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date network documentation, runbooks, and topology diagrams.
- Support migration projects from legacy WAN to SD-WAN environments.
