We are operating a cloud-based SaaS solution for our clients. The solution is built largely on IBM Products and heavily uses IIB/ACE. The solutions help provide Medicaid benefits to citizens who qualify.
The candidate must be able to operate across testing, business analysis, and managed operations (M&O) support. This role is client-facing and production-focused, supporting enterprise integration platforms and critical business processes.
The ideal candidate has a strong technology background, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and is comfortable working in operational environments that require incident triage, debugging, and coordination with multiple vendors and internal teams.
Required Hands-on production / M&O support in enterprise environments 5–8 yrs
Required Advanced application troubleshooting and debugging 5–8 yrs
Required Functional, system, and integration testing leadership 6–10 yrs
Required UAT ownership (planning, execution, defect triage, sign-off) 5–8 yrs
Required Business analysis (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria) 5–8 yrs
Required Client-facing ownership of issues, status, and communication 5–8 yrs
Required Agile delivery in complex, multi-team environments 5–8 yrs
Required Incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution ownership 5–8 yrs
Required Release validation, production cutover, and post-release support 4–6 yrs
Required Enterprise integration concepts and data flow analysis 3–6 yrs
Required Comfort supporting M&O activities including off-hours/weekends 2+ yrs
