Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs. This position offers the opportunity to work on a dynamic, innovative team and contribute to transformative projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Integrated Risk Management (GRC), Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, and IT Asset Management.
- Develop and maintain Service Portal solutions to enhance user experience.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms using APIs, Web Services, or other integration methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver implementations aligned with best practices.
- Provide hands-on support for the ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure solutions meet compliance and security standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 7 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Expertise in ServiceNow technologies, including Service Portal, custom app development, and core modules (ITSM, GRC, CMDB, etc.).
- Strong development background with proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and IT operations.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Developer Certification, are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
