Interview Process
The interview process includes an initial phone screening with Madan Jala and potentially another team member, followed by a formal interview typically conducted via Microsoft Teams to accommodate non-local candidates. Normally, there are one or two rounds of interviews.
Notable Questions & Answers
- Preference for PCB-only experience? Power modules, capacitors, and sensors are prioritized over PCBs. Candidates strong only in PCB experience may not fit.
- Upper limit on years of experience? No maximum cap; more experienced candidates are welcome.
- Role suitability for PhD holders? PhDs are treated similarly to Master's regarding candidate evaluation.
- Remote or on-site? Strictly on-site, five days a week at Mossville.
- Development vs. testing focus? Candidate must be adept at both; responsibilities span sourcing, development, and validation/testing.
