Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (English & Spanish Fluency)

About the Role
You will join the QA team at the client to ensure high-quality delivery of our sales, billing and IVR systems. You'll actively participate in functional, data and integration testing - with a strong emphasis on configuration, ETL and IVR workflows. Your bilingual (English/Spanish) skills will help support a diverse stakeholder base and drive clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts for IVR, ETL and business-critical systems
  • Perform backend data validation and database testing using SQL
  • Use test-management tools (e.g., JIRA, qTest) to log defects, manage test cycles and support test-reporting
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to review requirements, identify test scenarios and ensure traceability
  • Conduct IVR testing including inbound/outbound call flows, prompts, data integration and logging
  • Validate complex ETL data pipelines: source to target, transformation rules, data quality checks
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, status reporting and continuous improvement of QA processes

Required Skills

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong experience with JIRA and qTest (or equivalent test-management tools)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation, joins, aggregations, and ETL testing
  • Hands-on experience with ETL process testing: understanding of data flows, validation of business rules
  • Experience in IVR testing or telephony-based system testing (call flows, IVR prompts, telephony integration)
  • Solid functional and integration testing background; good understanding of software QA lifecycle
