We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Vendor Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of our technology vendor ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving value, accountability, and innovation across a portfolio of infrastructure, software, cloud services, and emerging tech vendors.
You will partner closely with Technology, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Procurement teams to ensure vendor performance aligns with corporate goals, while delivering cost optimization, strong governance, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Strategy & Governance
- Own and enhance the vendor governance framework across the tech organization.
- Lead QBRs and strategic vendor reviews to ensure performance, value, and innovation.
- Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and metrics for ongoing vendor evaluation.
Contract Management & Negotiation
- Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle (drafting, reviewing, redlining, execution, renewal).
- Drive negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms while minimizing risk.
- Collaborate with Legal and Sourcing to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business and assigned vendors.
- Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Security, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Serve as an escalation point for vendor-related issues, ensuring swift resolution.
Risk, Compliance & Optimization
- Lead vendor risk assessments with Security and Risk Management.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, vendor consolidation, and service optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of vendor management, IT procurement, or contract negotiation experience.
- Strong understanding of technology domains (cloud, SaaS, telecom, infrastructure, etc.).
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar vendor relationships.
- Experience driving governance strategies and leading executive-level business reviews.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with enterprise tools (Salesforce, Asana, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Familiarity with vendor risk management frameworks and financial due diligence.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- High emotional intelligence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Background in media or entertainment industry is a plus.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $77 - 87 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
