Position # 1 - Job Title: Developer III – Lead Angular Developer
Job Description: Arista is looking for a hands-on lead Angular developer who will review a couple of existing applications that were written in older versions of Angular, VB.NET and C# and move these applications to latest versions of Angular. They need a senior resource with an ability to review and understand the existing code and migrate/integrate these applications into a single Angular application and provide guidance on the feasibility of the migration process, as well as the timelines while also maintaining version control of the code. Arista does not have resources that are conversant with the latest versions of Angular. There are a few working applications that are built inhouse using older technologies such as VB / VB.Net which need to be migrated to the latest version of Angular.
Must-Have Skills: 7 plus years of hands-on experience working with C#, .Net, SQL & Angular. Must have extremely strong verbal and written communication skills. Within the first two weeks must be able to understand current application/ dependencies etc. and present to the VP of Operations what needs to be done to deploy the application into production.
Good to Have: Adobe Creative Cloud, Access, OpenText Communications (Exstream), and Document Composition
Position # 2 - Job Title: Sr. Technical Lead/ Lead Software Engineer – Angular Applications Development
Serves as the Lead Technical Engineer responsible for guiding front-end architecture, design, and development with a primary focus on Angular. Essentially will be responsible for the success of the project going into production. This resource will act as a lead intermediary between Arista’s parent company Meridian and Arista to ensure there is not duplicity of processes or tools that are currently in use at Meridian and will work with the Meridian Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless collaboration between both Arista and Meridian teams to deploy applications in specific timelines. Must be a leader that can get the job done showcasing both technical and communication abilities.
Must Haves:
- Experience in application/ product development identifying bottlenecks [people/ processes/ tools…and be able to deploy projects within specific deadlines.
- Should have led matrixed teams in an enterprise environment/ shared services model.
- 7 – 10 plus years of applicable experience, including demonstrated experience building and leading Angular-based solutions.
- Should have strong development/ coding skills to ensure reports are writing and deploying quality code and be able to conduct code reviews.
- Must have advanced proficiency with Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive UI design.
- Must have a strong understanding of front-end architectural patterns, modular design, API integration, state management, and performance optimization.
- Must have experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and general back-end integration concepts.
- Must have a good understanding of repository and version-control practices (e.g., Git/GitHub).
- Must be strong with relational databases and ability to work with data-driven applications.
Technical Skills – Preferred/Additional
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, OpenText Communications (Exstream), or document-composition systems.
- Exposure to modern DevOps pipelines, automated testing, or CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of emerging web technologies and modern front-end engineering trends.

- Should be a strong and empathetic leader, who can get the job done. This is a must along with extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
