You aren't just selling "off the shelf" software; you are architecting custom business logic and seeing it through to completion. You will own the entire lifecycle from the initial discovery call and technical scoping to managing the onshore/offshore development teams that build the solution.

1. Technical Sales & Solutions Architecture
Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify manual bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
Design high-level workflows and "Proof of Concepts" (PoCs) specifically leveraging the Make.com platform.
Draft technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pricing models for custom automation projects.
2. Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying "upsell" opportunities for further automation.
Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate the ROI of implemented automations.
3. Project Management & Delivery
Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks for the engineering team.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets using agile methodologies.
Bridge the communication gap between non-technical stakeholders and technical developers.
4. Resource Management (Onshore & Offshore)
Coordinate a global team of developers, ensuring clear documentation and task handoffs.
Quality Assurance (QA): Review the logic and output of the offshore team to ensure it meets GovinCorp s quality standards before client delivery.
Required Qualifications
Make.com Mastery: Deep understanding of the Make.com platform (formerly Integromat), including advanced features like Data Stores, Webhooks, HTTP modules, and JSON parsing.
Sales Acumen: Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering, specifically in the SaaS or professional services space.
Global Leadership: Experience managing offshore resources and navigating different time zones and communication styles.
Technical Literacy: Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and common business tools (CRM, ERP, Project Management software).
Preferred Skills
Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master).
Experience with low-code/no-code tools beyond Make (e.g., Airtable, Zapier, Bubble).
Background in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
