Job: Lead Generative AI (Need Excellent Leader)

Location: Remote.

Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

  • The Leader for Center of Excellence (CoE) for Generative AI & AI/ML
  • Planning will be responsible for defining, advising and planning the company s AI, GenAI and Automation strategy.
  • This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and strategic planning.
  • This candidate will have strong communications & engagement skills for cross-functional collaboration, drive adoption and establishing best practices & governance frameworks at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Leadership

  • Work closely with business units to identify AI-driven opportunities.
  • Partner with IT, data science, and product teams to advise, prioritize, plan and integrate AI solutions.
  • Communication of AI strategy, progress and impact to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Advise and establish governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption, ethical AI principles and alignment to regulatory requirements.

Operational Leadership

  • Advise on AI/ML infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions and data pipelines.
  • Advocate for AI literacy and cultural adoption across the organization.
  • Continuous planning for three stages of progress: Pilot, Adopt, Scale to ensure scalable, reliable, and business result optimized solutions.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI impact and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s or master s in computer science or related fields of Data Science, Generative AI & AI/ML.
  • Excellent persuasive, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, with at least 5 years in leadership, planning and/or advisory roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI/ML, Automation and Generative AI solutions at scale.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, deep learning, predictive AI/ML and automation.
  • Expertise with one on more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI and Generative AI workloads.
