Description

A growing B2B software company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads and support revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support overall sales objectives.

To be considered, candidates must have a background in B2B software marketing, with proven experience in multi-channel campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates also must have experience managing and planning tradeshows/events.

This role requires 3 days per week in the office, in additional to local and international travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to quarterly and annual marketing plans focused on lead generation and sales enablement.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel campaigns including email, SEO, webinars, content, social media, and ABM.
  • Vendor Management: Optimize external resources (agencies, consultants) to enhance marketing capabilities.
  • Event Coordination: Manage logistics for conferences and trade shows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to align marketing with business goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report on MQL generation.
  • Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and best practices to keep strategies fresh and competitive.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management.
  • Proven success in B2B software marketing-this is a must-have.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, GoToWebinar, SEMrush, and project management platforms.
  • Proven experience planning tradeshows and events.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • International marketing experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel locally and internationally as needed for events.
