Program Manager / Design Engineer
Location: Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid: Onsite 2 3 days/week) (Scottsdale preferred)

Compensation: Targeting ~$175K base + bonus potential
Seeking a dynamic Program Manager / Design Engineer to backfill a critical role within our high-performance semiconductor design team.
This hybrid position bridges technical execution and cross-functional program leadership, supporting both digital and analog design initiatives across next-gen products.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program execution across design, validation, and product teams
- Drive schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation for digital and analog IC development
- Collaborate with design engineers to define architecture, specs, and verification plans
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and velocity
- Own program metrics, reporting, and escalation paths to senior leadership
- Support tape-out readiness, post-silicon validation, and product release cycles
- Contribute hands-on to design reviews, schematic capture, and simulation workflows as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor design or program management (digital/analog)
- understanding of IC development lifecycle, including RTL, analog blocks, verification, and tape-out
- Proven ability to manage complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.) and design flows
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor s or Master s in Electrical Engineering or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with mixed-signal SoCs, power management ICs, or sensor interfaces
- Prior work in high-volume consumer, automotive, or industrial semiconductor markets
- PMP or Agile certification
