Role : Industrial Engineer
Location : Milpitas, CA
Duration: 12 Months on W2
We're hiring an Industrial Engineer which focuses on improving production efficiency through time studies, line balancing, process optimization, capacity/materials planning, and waste reduction. AutoCAD and FlexSim skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Run time studies, line balancing, and process improvement activities
- Support capacity, resource, and materials planning
- Create VSMs and analyze production data
- Use AutoCAD for layouts and FlexSim for line simulation
- Work with cross-functional teams and prepare process documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
- 3 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong in AutoCAD, FlexSim, Lean/Kaizen, and production systems
