Description
As a Marketing Data Scientist, your key responsibility is to develop innovative, data-driven insights by conducting exploratory analysis of high-dimensional, complex data sets. You will play a key role in shaping marketing strategy by working with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and test successful marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and research teams to design, execute, and iterate marketing strategies that drive business growth and social impact.
Monitor marketing campaign performance via sophisticated statistical and econometric modeling for the greatest accountability and optimization of performance.
Test and frame hypotheses, analyze campaign outcomes, and translate findings into relevant recommendations.
Build and implement quantitative models and tools to support strategic marketing decision-making.
Apply cutting-edge analytics such as audience segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing, marketing optimization, causal inference, and bias reduction.
Skills:
3+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or quantitative-related disciplines with a strong focus on experimentation and hypothesis testing.
Familiarity with large-scale dataset manipulation and wrangling.
Hands-on experience in using SQL, Hive, Presto, Hadoop, or comparable data query tools.
Statistical programming experience with R, Python, Stata, or similar.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts clearly and succinctly.
Note: A technical assessment is required to be considered for initial interviews.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's of Science degree or Master's of Science degree in computer science or a relevant field

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
