Job Details

Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support enterprise-level ServiceNow initiatives, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD, and platform integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules, along with strong integration, automation, and architectural skills. This role requires both technical depth and consultative ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and related modules.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
  • Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, and other protocols.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform system administration including upgrades, cloning, access control, and performance monitoring.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance analytics and process improvement.
  • Support platform governance, security compliance, and best practices for instance management.
  • Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap by identifying opportunities for automation and platform optimization.

 

Salary/ Rate: $25/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
