Senior BDR Operations Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Business Development Operations Analyst to support and optimize strategic and tactical initiatives that drive performance, efficiency, and scalability for Global BDR teams. This individual will play a key role in optimizing processes, leveraging data to inform decision-making and BDR actions, and partnering cross-functionally to align systems, tools, and resources with our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales operations, analytics, and cross-functional project management.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Process Optimization
  • Streamline and document BDR workflows to enhance productivity and consistency.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the sales cycle to accelerate lead to close.
2. Data and Analytics
  • Analyze BDR performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for dashboard development and analytics tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, forecasting, and growth opportunities.
  • Support BDRs in identifying whitespace and market potential.
3. CRM Management
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate lead/opportunity attribution in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting platforms (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues in CRM systems, improving overall data quality and process reliability.
4. Forecasting and Planning
  • Contribute to territory planning and sales forecasting efforts.
  • Align BDR goals with broader market and revenue opportunities.
5. Performance Management
  • Track and report on KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate BDR effectiveness.
  • Provide analysis on the success and impact of BDR initiatives and campaigns.

6. Training and Enablement Support

  • Partner with Enablement to support BDR onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and resources to empower the team.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary liaison between BDRs and key departments such as Field Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Drive alignment and communication across departments to ensure BDR success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role with a focus on BDR/SDR support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Dynamics, and BI platforms (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with forecasting, territory planning, and performance analytics.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales funnels and the role of BDRs in pipeline development.
