Job Title: SDET

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

Contract: W2 Only

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary:
We are looking for an SDET to design and implement robust test automation frameworks. You will bridge development and QA by writing test code while ensuring software quality across our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test automation frameworks from scratch
  • Write clean, maintainable test code in Java/Python/JavaScript
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for test automation
  • Conduct performance, load, and security testing
  • Identify, document, and track software defects
  • Review requirements and provide testability feedback
  • Mentor QA engineers on automation best practices
  • Maintain test environments and test data
  • Analyze test results and optimize test coverage

Required Skills:

  • 11+ years SDET or test automation experience
  • Strong programming skills in Java/Python/C#
  • Experience with Selenium, Appium, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of API testing (REST, GraphQL)
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
  • Experience with performance testing tools
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with mobile test automation
  • Knowledge of containerization tools
  • Understanding of security testing
  • Cloud platform experience
