The Investment Offers and Solutions group is responsible for managing our third-party product marketplaces, featuring mutual funds, ETFs, managed accounts, and alternatives from hundreds of asset managers. These asset managers receive data from Schwab to better service our clients and strategically run their businesses.
The Director of Asset Manager Data Solutions is an entrepreneurial leadership role that is accountable for the development, enhancement, and delivery of our data offering for third party asset managers.
This role will work closely with internal partners in our client enterprises, technology, operations, risk, legal and compliance, as well as our external vendors in the development and delivery of robust data offering. The Director will also build collaborative relationships with asset managers as we continue to maintain, refine, and collaborate in serving our mutual clients

What you have
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of work experience in financial services or fintech in a data-driven function
- History of building strong B2B relationships around data, sales distribution, and/or business intelligence; seasoned in making presentations to senior leaders
- Experience working with internal and external (e.g., vendors, clients) parties in the development and delivery of a data product
- Leadership and collaboration skills in working across a large complex organization with multiple stakeholders
- Top notch written and verbal communications; ability to draw insights and tell stories with data and develop them into robust presentations
- Proficient in data visualization tools and methods for creation of robust reporting and dashboards
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of SQL and database management systems
- Proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience with third party data sources such as Morningstar, FactSet, Bloomberg
- MBA or Masters in a quantitative field
- Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues and challenges
