Greetings,
Position: World Trak Admin ( TMS )
Location: Dallas TX ( Hybrid ) open to CST/EST remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
5+ years in TMS administration supporting freight forwarding or multi modal logistics; direct experience with World Trak strongly preferred.
EDI X12 (204/990/214/210), VAN/AS2/FTP
Familiarity with Web Trak/LTL Trak/WMS Trak modules and customer portal administration
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfortable with SQL like data validation, logs, and message tracing.
Nice to Have
Experience with rate engines, carrier compliance, and freight audit; exposure to Microsoft .NET ecosystems (for context around platform).
Background with adjacent platforms (CargoWise, Descartes, MacroPoint) for ecosystem awareness.
Prior work in multi entity environments (intercompany splits, bonded warehouse processes) and portal UX.
