Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The selected candidate will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow solutions that enhance our clients' operational efficiency and asset management capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow's platform, modules, and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs. This opportunity can be worked 100% remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions with an initial focus on ITOM and HAM/SAM modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural blueprints and documentation for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices and strategies for ITOM and HAM/SAM.
  • Drive the configuration of ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Application Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and others.
  • Ensure ServiceNow implementations are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
  • Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Perform regular reviews of the current environment to identify and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Stay current with the latest features and functionalities of ServiceNow through continuous learning and training.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 9 years of experience. Masters Degree and 7 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.
  • Required: ServiceNow Certified System Admin - CSA
  • Desired: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Operations Management CIS-ITOM, CIS-Software Asset Management, CIS-Hardware Asset Management
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules specifically in ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management).
  • ServiceNow Architect certification preferred. CTA or CAD or CMA
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages used within the ServiceNow platform (e.g., JavaScript, Glide).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to get a Secret Clearance


Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
