Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to lead tooling and solution design across multiple variations and ensure designs meet project targets. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality, practical, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design tooling and solutions to meet project requirements across multiple variations.

• Validate designs and ensure results align with defined targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to implement designs.

• Prepare detailed design documentation, specifications, and reports.

• Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and optimization initiatives related to tooling and design.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in automotive or trucking environments.

• Proven track record in tooling design and implementation.

• Strong proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, Creo, AutoCAD).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced tooling technologies, automation, or robotics.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices in automotive or heavy trucking industries
