Job Details
We are looking for a candidate with 2 7 years of law firm experience who can provide high-level administrative and clerical support to attorneys. The ideal person will have a strong background in litigation (mandatory) and preferably exposure to banking or financial law. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word), highly detail-oriented, and experienced with court filings (e-filing in state, federal, and local courts). Candidates should also be comfortable with managing case files, trial preparation, and document drafting in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
2 7 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar role within a law firm.
Litigation experience required; experience in banking law preferred.
Associate degree or higher preferred, though not required.
