The Specialist I, Supply Chain Systems plays a key role in supporting the planning, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain systems to enhance operational efficiency and ensure data accuracy. This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining system data integrity, providing user support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, assist with projects, and improve overall system functionality across the supply chain network.
As the company?s global supply chain continues to expand in size and complexity, the existing business-unit-based structure and systems architecture have proven insufficient to deliver the level of visibility and control required for effective operations. As the supply chain function continues to mature, both processes and systems must evolve accordingly. Over the next three to five years, significant system implementations and upgrades will be undertaken to enhance performance, improve integration, and replace legacy systems where necessary.
- Collaborate with all Business Units, Supply Chain, and IT groups to support the development and implementation of integrated global supply chain systems.
- Assist in defining process and functional requirements, considering strategies and challenges associated with the evolving supply chain.
- Re-engineer business processes based on cross-functional requirements and best practice methodologies.
- Serve as a change agent for global process and system improvements.
- Develop scope of work as needed and provide input on project interdependence and sequencing.
- Manage testing phases, including creating test cases and documenting change order requirements.
- Ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within scope.
- Participate in and manage project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Develop training matrices and materials and provide user training to support system implementation.
- Maintain ?bill-to? and ?ship-to? locations in supply chain systems.
- Run interface failure reports, communicate issues to end users and IT, and assist in resolution.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and provide first-level support to supply chain users.
- Initiate and drive process improvements aligned with global supply chain objectives.
- Lead and direct the work of others by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and summarizing outcomes.
- Prepare project status reports for upper management.
- Support team members in executing tasks to meet project deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across the organization, including vendors and other departments.
- Apply extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project and operational goals.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.

- Experience with an integrated enterprise supply chain system is required.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
