Job Title: Taleo to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Migration Technical Project Manager
Location: New Jersey or nearby states (Remote work from home with on-site client visits as needed)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead Taleo to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) migration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Taleo to ORC migration projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, migration strategies, and timelines.
- Manage project plans, risks, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as primary client interface-facilitating communication, status updates, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, data integrity, and security standards across the migration.
- Conduct on-site client visits in NJ or surrounding states as required.
Qualifications:
- Must have Proven experience managing Taleo to ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) implementations and system migrations.
- Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel to client sites in New Jersey and surrounding states as needed
