*Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA*

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in software development and your ability to drive projects to completion. You will work closely with our team and architect to design, prototype, and deliver innovative software solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our technical environment, as well as in developing advanced analytics solutions

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to understand business requirements before initiating design and development processes.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership by independently managing tasks from analysis to testing, collaborating with other tech teams as needed.
  • Adhere to and enhance our defined architecture, technology standards, and best practices for applications, middleware, and databases.
  • Collaborate with the team and architect to design, prototype, and deliver software solutions, while managing the technical environment, researching new tools and technologies, and developing better analytics solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, assist in debugging, and contribute directly to the success of project deliverables.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development is required - proficiency in Java and Front-End UI Technologies.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • SOA / API based software development using Java (version 11 and up), Spring Boot, Microservices, REST, JSON.
  • Experience with Database development using Oracle or MS SQL Server.
  • Experience in automating CI/CD pipelines on large scale container platforms using Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with unit and end to end automated test cases, JMeter based Performance/Volume Test automation.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development practices.
  • Good Exposure on UI Development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Angular.
  • Experience with GIT source code control.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and experience with Scrum framework.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a team/collaborative environment

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
