Our enterprise client has an opening for a Program/Vendor Portfolio Analyst to support a Global Program Mgmt office and vendor mgmt team.


Candidate will have exceptional Excel and reporting experience.


Able to work Hybrid environment for 6 to 12 months.

responsibilities:

Portfolio Services Analyst



  • Data analysis in global enterprise Program and Vendor Management Office
  • Ability to oversee some of the manual activities. Based on activities they will be able to provide value reporting based on this.
  • Hands on ability to manipulate data.
  • Ability to take work, analyze it, and create value add reporting.
  • Financial analysis - accruals, forecasting based on guidance from managers.
  • Ability to dive into deeper analysis on data.
  • Excel - active knowledge using to do data analysis.
  • Would be nice to have Power BI experience.
  • Ideally needs to have finance background - preferred.
  • Invoice Processing experience highly preferred.
  • MS Office Suite exp - TEAMS, PP, Sharepoint, MS Forms - big Microsoft shop.
  • Data manipulation - creating complicated reports within pivot tables.
  • Excel skills with pivot tables, graphs, xlookups.
  • Skills with Budgeting, documentation

qualifications:

Candidate will have excellent experience generating reports in Excel and other finanical reporting applications, web based and off the shelf products.



  • Very Detailed orientated/heavy Excel and Jira
  • Financial/Accounting experience and high interest
  • Hybrid 3 days in office
  • Possible to renew and possible temp to perm


skills: Bachelor's degree with 1 to 7 years experience supporting an enterprise procurement and vendor management and program mgmt office support team.
