- Work with SOC and Incident Response teams in how they are able to detect and respond to potential security breaches or anomalies

- Help establish policies and procedures for secure AI model training, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a security-first mindset and compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Security, particularly in AI environments
- Solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and deployments
- Familiarity with threat modeling, encryption, authentication, and access controls in AI environments
- Experience with security tools, cloud security, and incident response
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are advantageous
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI-specific vulnerabilities and adversarial attacks
- Understanding of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI security
- Hands-on experience with secure software development and DevSecOps practices
