 Project Manager, Sr. level for an upgrade for the same project but for Probation office. Length of the assignment would be 6+ months.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology project management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or solutions based on client needs.
Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.
Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability and productivity.
Anticipate potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Quickly address any issues or roadblocks that arise during project implementation.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior management as necessary, providing recommended solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (8+ years) in IT project management, preferably within the Managed IT Services industry.
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
