Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Data Warehouse Architect to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits onsite, five days a week.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-level data models, specifically star schemas and dimensional modeling frameworks.
- Serve as the primary strategist for enterprise data architecture documenting blueprints and guiding others on execution.
- Collaborate closely with technical developers and business users to translate reporting needs into scalable, integrated solutions.
- Oversee and refine the roadmap for enterprise data initiatives, including modernization and cloud readiness efforts.
- Mentor less experienced team members and provide best practices around data quality, governance, and architecture standards.
- Support integration of data from diverse platforms (e.g., workforce management systems) into the central data ecosystem.
- Act as an internal consultant, facilitating requirements gathering and stakeholder communication across departments.
Position Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise data warehousing or architecture, particularly in SQL-based environments.
- Proven expertise in data modeling and architecting facts/dimensions for analytical workloads.
- Strong background in ETL/ELT processes, preferably with tools like dbt, Talend, Qlik, or Fivetran.
- Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-based data platforms (experience with Snowflake, Synapse, or Fabric a plus).
- Hands-on SQL skills, with working knowledge of scripting and transformation in SQL or Python.
- Understanding of data quality frameworks, governance models, and metadata management.
- Proficiency in supporting BI tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy by structuring high-performance data models.
