In this role, you will:
Plan and manage multiple large sized projects of moderate to high complexity
Ensure that project results meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule and quality objective
Identify and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of project
Develop detailed project plan
Develop project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and enduring technical feasibility
Utilize approved change control processes to manage changes in project scope, schedule and budget
Measure project performance and provide status updates/report
Perform risk analysis and management to keep projects on track
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives with little to no supervision
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior members of the team and IT leads managing project

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance or closely related field
- A minimum of 5 years IT management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects
- Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods
- Experience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectations
- Self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment, many times working under tight delivery schedules
- Engineering and/or Construction background a plus
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
