Job Details
CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a contract within the Department of Energy. Candidates will need to have a strong background in implementing and supporting a variety of different ServiceNow modules. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, problem solver to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Developing, customizing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, often through configuration, customization, and code development.
- Manage the platform, handle integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 0-10% / Minimal travel expected: offsites, meetings, training, a conference.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Developing indicators and KPI s (Key Performance Indicators).
- Experience in Platform Analytics.
- Experience in business rule configuration.
- Experience in process automation.
- Experience in designing Workflows.
- Experience in building and maintaining Portals.
- Experience using App Builder.
- Experience using UI Builder.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE-Q Clearance.
- Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
- Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID. More information about Real ID can be found here: and at .

Preferred Qualifications
- Current, active DOE-Q or L Clearance or Active DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or relevant field.
