We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our organization. This critical role involves taking new ideas through an Innovation Framework to bring them to market. The Project Manager will play a key role in understanding relevant technologies, estimating participation and financial impact, and building a compelling business case.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $55 - $60 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of programs through an Innovation Framework.
- Understand and apply relevant technologies to program development.
- Estimate program participation and financial impact to build a strong business case.
- Evaluate risk, program feasibility, and viability.
- Make and validate business assumptions and determine operating models.
- Develop customer journey maps and go-to-market plans.
- Evaluate and select vendors through established sourcing processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive stakeholder buy-in.
- Oversee the successful implementation, deployment, and transition of programs to business operations.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of demand-side management technologies and market dynamics.
- Excellent skills in risk evaluation, program feasibility assessment, and business case development.
- Ability to develop operating models and customer journey maps.
- Experience in vendor evaluation and selection.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to meet regulatory requirements and drive stakeholder engagement.
