RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a VP of Product. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a product in a high-visibility role, working alongside a seasoned leadership team in a company that values innovation, ownership, and domain expertise.

Summary:
We're partnering with a fast-growing, tech-driven company in the live events and ticketing space to hire a Vice President of Product. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role at a pivotal moment in the company's growth journey. The company is looking for a product leader who can bring deep domain expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on execution to help scale their platform and product organization. The ideal candidate experience must have experience working with ticketing platforms-ideally both primary and secondary markets and extensive leadership experience (Director/senior director/VP level).

Responsibilities:
* Lead and grow a lean team of Product Managers
* Own the full product lifecycle-from discovery to delivery and iteration
* Write user stories, define requirements, and ensure best practices in product development
* Manage the product intake process and align priorities with strategic goals
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, PMO, and executive leadership
* Serve as a strategic voice in product direction and innovation
* Stay close to the market and users, particularly in the ticketing/events ecosystem

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7-10 years of product management experience, including team leadership
* Strong technical fluency-able to write user stories and understand ecommerce architecture
* Experience in primary ticketing or ecommerce marketplaces is a must
* Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
* Proven ability to operate in lean, high-tenure environments
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Experience with marketplaces, demand/supply balancing, or pricing models
* Familiarity with third-party integrations or ticketing APIs
* A background in both primary and secondary ticketing platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
