We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to collaborate with seasoned recruiters known for their long-standing commitment to exceeding client expectations. Client Relationship Management
o Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and client accounts
o Understand and assess client needs by provide staffing solutions that align with their business objectives and goals
New Business Development
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and leveraging existing contacts.
o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
o Develop and implement strategies to expand out client base and market presence
Recruitment Strategy
o Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective staffing strategies
o Ensure a smooth recruitment process by clearly communicating client needs and preferences
Market analysis
o Conduct market research about industry trends, market challenges, and competitive landscape activities, and emerging opportunities in the staffing sector
Performance Reporting
o Track and report on sales activities, account growth, and recruitment success rates
o Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and sales pipeline effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client facing role within the staffing or HR services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and grow professionally
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
- Experience with Target Recruit (Salesforce) or similar ATS
