Our client is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of complex, integrated marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment, driving operational efficiency, and delivering programs on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proven track record of managing marketing programs in dynamic environments.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead end-to-end program management for multi-channel marketing initiatives, from planning through execution and post-launch evaluation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, digital, analytics, media, and product marketing to align priorities, timelines, and resources.

  • Ensure transparency and effective communication across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage program budgets, and adapt plans in response to changing business needs.

  • Drive adoption of project management best practices, tools, and frameworks across the marketing organization.

  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights to optimize future program execution.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master s preferred).

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.

  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.

  • PMP or other PMI certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMI-ACP) required.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working with executive stakeholders or within a matrixed organizational structure.

  • Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., CMS, CRM, automation platforms).

  • Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution.
