Akkodis is seeking a SAP HANA Consultant for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI(Hybrid). You willperform SAP installations, upgrades, and daily system administration to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SAP HANA Consultant job responsibilities include:
- Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system refreshes, including classical/legacy SAP and SAP S/4 environments.
- Administer and monitor SAP systems daily, troubleshooting and tuning for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with SAP ECS and product teams to ensure system stability and meet operational KPIs/SLAs.
- Participate in multi-landscape design and architecture planning, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement SAP BASIS/HANA DB policies and procedures to maintain system integrity and availability.
- Provide project support, including Solution Manager setup, cloud migration initiatives (Google Cloud Platform/RISE), and 24x7 production support with on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of SAP Basis Administration experience.
- Expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system refreshes across multi-landscape environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills, with experience in SAP HANA DB and cloud migration initiatives (Google Cloud Platform/RISE).
