Description
We are seeking OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) Developer/SME for its internal Profit Plus application. Provides technical and consultative support on the most complex technical matters. Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications. Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support. May assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff. May serve as project leader for specific projects.
Must Have:
1. 2-5 years of experience working with OFSAA.
2. Good communication skills
3. Strong knowledge of OFSAA suite of products
4. Strong XML and Oracle skills
5. Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
6. Strong Oracle technical skills designing, developing, debugging and documentation
7. Able to translate detailed business requirements and design and solution architecture deliverables into detailed design specifications.
8. Able to build and unit test to detailed design specifications
9. Able to design and develop application configurations utilizing PL/SQL and Erwin Data Modeling
10. Experience supporting Services Data Foundation (FSDF), Data Governance Studio (DGS) or Data Integration Hub (DIH)
Responsibilities include:
Configuration, development, patching/upgrades, and customization of the following modules: OFSAAI, OFSFTP, OFSPM
Data Mapping of staging and reporting, EDW to OFSAA, T2T development
Perform other duties, as needed in support of the overall Data Warehouse implementation
Working closely with finance to evaluate monthly business requirements, participate in efficient development, delivery and deployments
Understanding of the banks financial statements and how the attributes of those financials interact together
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years supporting OFSAA 8.0.6 and OFSAA 8.1
Basic Unix/Linux scripting experience
ETL, PL/SQL programming experience
SQL Developer, Toad experience
Bachelor's degree
5+ years Data Warehouse experience
5+ years of application development and implementation experience
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of financial services/banking experience
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) experience
Basic Unix/Linux experience
ETL, PL/SQL programming experience
SQL Developer, Toad experience
Erwin Data Modelling Experience Required
Experience in merging models from different OFSAA instances
Zena Enterprise Job Scheduling knowledge
Experience in OFSAA patching, monitoring and performance tuning
Extremely Strong understanding of bank terminology and finance related topics
Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment
Excellent troubleshooting, organizational and analytical skills
Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement
Do the right thing attitude while being a strong team player
Strong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer service
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
