As the SAP FICO/SAP S/4HANA Analyst, here's how you'll make an impact:

• Configure and support key financial processes in SAP FICO while maintaining a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA workstreams.
• Drive process improvements by identifying gaps, optimizing system functionalities, and documenting scalable solutions.
• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of financial solutions to advance business performance.
• Build and maintain critical master data, such as General Ledger (GL) accounts, profit centers, and other key financial data values.
• Improve user experiences by developing intuitive tools and robust enhancements that promote adoption.
• Address urgent, complex issues while managing a variety of business-sensitive priorities.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of SAP S/4HANAandSAP FICO/SAP FIexperience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster effective collaboration across teams.
• A detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for real-time process improvement.
• Adaptability and responsiveness to tackle evolving organizational priorities.
