Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Solon, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of hardware, software, and network systems. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the efficiency of our IT processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure seamless IT operations.
Troubleshoot authentication applications, including resolving multi-factor authentication issues.
Configure and manage user accounts, ensuring proper access permissions and security settings.
Install and set up new time clocks for employee attendance tracking.
Develop automation solutions and assist with programming tasks to enhance IT efficiency.
Administer and support SAP Business One, handling system updates and resolving user issues.
Create and maintain documentation for technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.
Collaborate with IT team members to maintain system security and optimize IT processes.
Leverage expertise in cloud-based authentication and identity management solutions to improve security protocols.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting SAP Business One systems.
Strong ability to resolve authentication app and multi-factor authentication issues.
Basic programming skills to develop automation and improve IT workflows.
Experience in installing and configuring time clocks for employee tracking.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and customer service skills, fostering positive user experiences.
Familiarity with technologies such as Active Directory, SQL, Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, Apple devices, and Android development.
