Job Title: UBOS – QC Analyst with SAP BRIM

Location
Mostly Remote (Hybrid)
• Candidates must live within 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA
• Onsite work required 1 week per month and during key project phases

Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Analyst with SAP BRIM expertise to support the UBOS (Unified Back Office System) initiative. This role focuses on enterprise-level QA activities across SAP BRIM, Dynamics CE, financial systems, and tolling applications. The QC Analyst will lead test planning, execution, defect management, and quality governance across SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.

Key Responsibilities
SDLC & Quality Governance
• Follow PTC SDLC processes to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Participate in design reviews and translate business/technical requirements into test assets
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and scripts
• Map test cases to requirements using Azure DevOps (ADO)

Test Planning & Execution
• Lead and execute testing across:
  • SAP BRIM modules:
    • Convergent Mediation
    • Convergent Charging
    • Convergent Invoicing
    • FI-CA
    • Subscription Billing
  • Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing
  • Data migration and financial reconciliation validation
  • API, interface, and middleware testing (SAP PO/CPI, CRM connectors, ADO pipelines)
  • IVR, backend, UAT, and tolling field devices (tag scanners, card readers)
• Validate billing cycles, pricing configurations, payment flows, and revenue accounting

Defect Management & Reporting
• Track and manage defects, conduct root-cause analysis
• Assess defect risk and provide release readiness recommendations
• Maintain QA metrics, dashboards, and reports in Azure DevOps

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
• Work closely with QA Leads, Scrum Leads, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
• Promote QA best practices and continuous process improvement
• Review and enhance user stories, test cases, and defect documentation
• Participate in deployment readiness and production cutover activities

General Responsibilities
• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Showbacks, Go-Live, and Hypercare
• Maintain complete documentation including test plans, scripts, diagrams, impact analysis, and lessons learned
• Work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Adhere to all PTC standards, policies, and procedures
• Utilize approved software and technology tools effectively

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Equivalent professional experience may be accepted

Onsite & Travel Requirements
• Onsite required for:

  • Go-Live & Hypercare
    • Orientation and equipment pickup must be onsite (no shipping)
    • No travel reimbursement for candidates within 3 hours of Middletown, PA
    • Emergency onsite availability within 3 hours required
