Attention Electric-Mechanical Technicians!

We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of experience in electric-mechanical fields, not automotive. The ideal candidate possess the ability and knowledge of electrical motor disassembly, testing, rebuilding, & reassembly. Additional consideration for those experienced with pumps & gearboxes. This is excluding rewind & machine work. EMR's Industrial Division offers a challenging work atmosphere, with a supportive culture that aims to create a positive impact on your work/life balance.

The Industrial Services Division offers complete repair services for electric motors, pumps, gearboxes and associated equipment as well as electronic & electrical controls. This electrical apparatus service center, in operation for over 60 years, has a full-service machine shop capable of in-shop and in-field machine work and dynamic balancing. The Industrial Division performs on-site troubleshooting for our customers to solve electronic & electro-mechanical system problems. The Industrial Division also stocks and installs new motors and variable frequency drivers.

$1000 sign on bonus offered for mechanics with 5 years or more experience ($500 paid out at 6 months, $500 paid out at 1 year mark).

Our Industrial Mechanicsprovide quality service and repair for Industrial motors pumps and related Industrial apparatus. EMR is a drug-free workplace, clean driving record required.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in electrical or mechanical fields
  • \n
  • Strong mechanical aptitude (must pass mechanical aptitude test)
  • \n
  • Ability to diagnose and repair various motors & mechanical systems
  • \n
  • Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds

  • Clear criminal background
