SAP CAR Retail Consultant || Onsite Knoxville, TN, USA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support implementation and enhancement activities in SAP CAR modules including:
    DRFOUT (Data Replication Framework Outbound)
  • Allocation Management (AMR)
  • Promotion Management for Retail (PMR)
  • Markdown Optimization
  • Store Clustering
  • OAAP (Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing)
  • POSDTA (Point of Sale Data Transfer and Audit)
  • Design and manage integration flows between SAP CAR and external systems such as:
    • SAP S/4HANA
    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
    • Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of CAR functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, performance, and system behavior across integrated platforms.
  • Provide guidance and support for UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
  • Work closely with offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery and communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP CAR modules (AMR, PMR, Markdowns, Store Clustering).
  • Good understanding of retail business processes and data models.
  • Experience with integration technologies and middleware connecting SAP CAR with S/4HANA, SFCC, and POS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
