$130k Base + Benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution development-from problem definition to production deployment.

Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and data workflows.

Guide the team model selection, feature engineering, and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience Write, construct and guide team to develop production-grade code in Python and use ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Build and deploy models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.

Work with large-scale datasets using tools like Spark, Dask, or distributed computing frameworks.

Mentor junior team members and conduct code/model reviews.

Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

Efficiency with solution documentation

Manage project timelines, deliverables and ensure alignment with business goals.

Stay updated with the latest in AI/ML research and apply relevant advancements.

Prototype and test new algorithms, including deep learning and generative AI models.

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.

7+ years of relevant experience in Data Science/ML roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.

Proven hands-on experience in:

Python, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)

Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision.

Familiarity with data engineering tools (Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake).

Cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure)

Model deployment and monitoring in production environments

Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.

Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Efficient in Solution documentation and technical writing mindset

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
